Interferometry is a very important method in high accuracy measurement for optical system. This article briefly introduced the conception of interferometry and took a product of 4D Technology as an example to carry on the measurement. A large-scale optic-electrical Theodolite in assemblage was measured  and its primary mirror was 400mm in diameter. With the analysis of the results  some micro adjustments of the mechanical structure proceed  and it made the system perform better. The final results of the whole system is 1.061 in P-V value and 0.1136 in RMS value (=632.8nm)  this meets the demand of optical design and practical application. The result demonstrates that interferometry is a good way to be utilized and optimize in the procedure of assemble. (2013) Trans Tech Publications  Switzerland.

With the development of the resolution of spaceborne remote sensor  the diameter of the primary mirror of spaceborne telescope becomes larger and larger. The distortion of primary mirror which is influenced by the mirror material  structure  self-weight  support system and temperature environment affects optical image quality finally. In this paper  an on-axis TMA high-resolution Cassegrain optical payload with a primary mirror whose diameter is 650mm was designed and the effects of the influence factors of the distortion acts on the on-axis TMA optical system primary mirror had been analyzed by means of Finite Element Analysis. During work  the technology of the primary mirror design had been summarized and general consideration of the primary mirror design technology also had been described at the same time. Considering the telescope manufacture and work station  a reasonable and optimal structure of the primary mirror sub-assembly is taken finally. In the end  the distortion of the primary mirror during its fabrication station and work station had been analyzed by integrated Finite Element Analysis Method. The results implicated the synthesis profile error (P-V value) for the primary mirror is less than /10 and all the indexes of the primary mirror satisfy the requirements of the optical system.

The saw tooth grooves of blazed grating ruled by ruling engine are formed by diamond tool which presses on the aluminum film evaporated on the substrate of optical glass or metal. The real shape of ruled saw tooth groove is different from that of the ideal groove and the ruling process indicates that there are the zero order planes  similar to the flat tops  on the grating grooves. The results of Fourier analysis for the real ruled grating featuring the zero order plane structure shows that the flat top width is an important factor for grating efficiency. Additionally  bigger pressure value loaded on the diamond tool and bigger lateral pressure value on the aluminum film will be benefit to the improvement of grating diffraction efficiency. Based on the grating interferometer  the high precision positioning control system of ruling engine guarantees the accuracy of the grooves space. High density blazed grating whose space is 0.83p.m is manufactured and its' grooves spaces are very equidistant and uniform under the view field of AFM. And the infrared blazed grating  whose diffraction efficiency in the first order is up to 97 percent  is ruled successfully also.
