Response spectrum 0.9-2.65 m of In0.82Ga0.18As detectors by two-step growth technique (EI CONFERENCE) 会议论文

InP/In0.82Ga0.18As/InP heterostructure used for infrared detector were grown on (100) S-doped InP substrates using two-step growth technique by low temperature metal-organic chemical vapor deposition. The growth was performed using TMIn  TMGa  AsH3  and PH3 as growth precursors in a horizontal reactor. The substrates on a graphite susceptor were heated by inductively coupling RF power  their temperatures were detected by a thermocouple  and the reactor pressure was kept at 10000 Pa. The growth structure of detector included In0.82Ga0.18As buffer with the thickness of 100 nm  In0.82Ga0.18As absorption layer with the thickness of 2.8 m  and the InP cap with the thickness of 0.8 m. The planar type of p-i-n detector was fabricated by Zn diffusion. The properties of In0.82Ga0.18As detector were studied  the curves of the I-V characteristics  the range of response spectrum  and the detectivity (D*) were obtained. In most applications of remote sensing data  special spatial information is required from a finer to a coarser spatial resolution with appropriate upscaling methods. The purpose of this paper is to compare and evaluate current spatial upscaling methods using MODIS remote sensing data with multiple spatial resolutions. In the research  Northeast China was selected as the study area. MODIS data with spatial resolutions of 250 m (2 bands) and 500 m (7 bands) were used as the test data. Through using the selected upscaling methods  the Band 1 and Band 2 data of MODIS were scaled up from 250 m to 500 m spatial resolution. On the basis of land cover characteristics of Northeast China  the MODIS data located in the study area was classified into the five land cover types  including water  grasslands  forests  farmlands and bare lands using maximum likelihood method. The land cover classification results were further compared with MODIS Land Cover Type product. Finally  Structural Similarity (SSIM) was selected to evaluate the effects of these upscaling methods. The research can provide more useful information for spatial scaling transformation in remote sensing data applications. 2012 SPIE.

LEO (Low Earth Orbit) satellite networks are capable of providing broadband access to end users in any part of the world. With the characteristics of high-speed movement and rapid dynamic topology of LEO satellites  networking has always been one of the key issues in LEO satellite network. MPLS-TP (Multi-Protocol Label Switching-Transport Profile) is an excellent packet transport network (PTN) technology in terrestrial networks  which can support multi-service and have perfect function of QoS (Quality of Service)  OAM (Operation Administration Maintenance) and survivability. In this paper  the characteristics of LEO satellite network and functional architecture of MPLS-TP are introduced. Then an advanced LEO satellite network model based on MPLS-TP (ALSN-M) is proposed  which can guarantee a connection-oriented seamless data transmission. Furthermore topology and routing algorithms of proposed LEO satellite network model is analyzed. In the end  the paper describes how to setup and remove a LSP (Label Switched Path) and how to maintain an exiting LSP when a handover happens.

A kind of precision harmonic gear drive in the focusing mechanism of space camera is studied  which adopt external meshing complex wave transmission mode. Wave generator is combined with an elliptic cam and a flexible bearing around it. Flexspline is a structure of single wave with the same teeth. The output shaft is supported by a single cross-roller bearing. Ball screws connected the output shaft translate the rotational motion to the linear motion  and drive the focusing mirror repeated moving along the linear guide. The output rigid wheel is connected with absolute encoder to detect displacement of focusing movement. It has the characteristics of big transmission ratio  high precision  compact structure  high efficiency and smooth running etc. According to the practical application of this harmonic gear drive in the space camera  the location relationship between the displacement of focusing structure and the focal plane movement is derived  and the system error is analyzed  its accuracy is tested with the open-loop control method. Experimental results show that transmission ratio of the instrument is 1:70  repeated positional accuracy is 2m  which meet the requirements for use. 2010 SPIE.

Using ferrocene as catalyst precursor  C2H2 as carbon source  carbon nanotubes (CNTs) with uniform density were synthesized on carbon fibers substrate by floating catalyst method. The morphology and microstructure were characterized by field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM) and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM). The observation showed that the length of CNTs is about 2 m  the average space between adjacent CNTs is about 300 nm and the diameter of CNT is about 45 nm. The less dense "short and stubby" aligned CNTs films should have good electron field emission characteristics. The results of field emission showed that the emission current of CNTs/carbon fibers was 5 A at the field of 2.5 V/m  and the emission current can be 280 A with a field of 7 V/m (the specimen area is 0.25 cm2 and the distance between cathode and anode is 200 m). The calculation based on the F-N plot indicated that the field enhancement factor of CNTs tip is 499122. Using the conductivity and chemical stability of carbon fibers and the uniform and sparse density distribution of CNTs on carbon fibers substrate  the tip predominance of carbon nanotubes can be exerted  and simultaneously the effect of screening effects between adjacent carbon nanotubes on the field emission performance can also be effectively decreased. The CNTs synthesized on carbon fibers substrate has many predominances for the fabrication of cold cathode devices. For example  using the removability of carbon fibers  the cathode of CNTs/carbon fibers can be arbitrarily moved  enlaced or combined to form different patterns  and the cathode of CNTs/carbon fibers can be also fabricated in large size. Therefore  CNTs/carbon fibers may have potential application in field emission displays.

TMA (Three Mirror Anastigmatic) is popular to the design of space-based optical system. This paper describes the characteristics of the on-axis TMA optical system. An on-axis TMA system with 13m focal length is designed and analyzed. To solve the initial configuration parameters  Cassagrain structure is confirmed firstly  and then the tertiary mirror. Based on initial configuration parameters  automatic optimization is executed in ZEMAX program  and design result with excellent image quality is acquired  which shows the procedure we choosed with good advantage of computer processing. As the distortion of the design reaches 1%  its influences on TDICCD brushing camera are discussed. The source of distortion is analyzed and correcting methods are considered. Zero focal power corrector is chosen to correct the distortion  and the corrected distortion is less than 0.02%. The research on on-axis TMA system in this paper makes a foundation for farther high-resolution remote sensing applications.
