In this paper
we designed an intelligent 808nm high-power semiconductor laser therapeutic apparatus with the LPC2138 ARM processor. The laser is driven by the digital constant current source module
and the apparatus has good human-machine interaction performance on account of set the parameters intelligently. The function such as operation mode

output pulse width and pulse cycle could be easily set through the TFT touch screen. The application software could transmission the log data to the computer by the USB interface in order to check and study the records later. 2011 IEEE.

This paper proposes a method for calculating the multi-exposure times fast and accurately when the scene has a high dynamic range
minimizing the pictures needed to take and improving the dynamic range of the CCD system. The proposed method first measures the camera's response function referring [10]. After that the median value of the output picture is adjusted to be in the middle range of the system output by changing the exposure time. It can be inferred from the histogram of the current picture whether it's a high dynamic range scene by calculating the number of pixels under exposed and over exposed. Once again the under and over exposed pixels are adjusted to be in the middle according to the camera's response function. Finally different exposed pictures (2 or 3) are fused together by Gaussian function and the dynamic range is compressed by y correction. Experimental results on UNIQ-UM400 analog camera and a digital acquisition system show that the algorithm works well and solve the problem of low dynamic range of CCD camera. 2010 IEEE.

There mainly is laser digital photofinishing technique and digital photofinishing technique based on LCD consisting of TFT and LCOS in the digital photofinishing field at the present time. The former have a good many merit such as wide color gamut
high processing rate
large output size and high brightness
but his cost is very high
his maintain technique being comparatively complex
that result in difficult use for people. The utilization ratio of the latter is low because of lower resolution and lower aperture ratio for LCD
but the digital photofinishing based on LCD have lower cost and higher utilization ration
being suitable for people's current standard of living. Considering above mentioned problem
a micro-motion exposure method based on PZT piezoelectric ceramics used in digital image photofinishing is presented. The two-dimension micro-motion exposure system consisting of PZT piezoelectric ceramics

polarizing film and spring strip is designed. By means of PZT piezoelectric ceramics the LCD panel is removed about the one half of the pixel size of the LCD panel for four times from the original place
at the same time imaging system is exposed four times at the printing paper. The software is used to control the time synchronization
the exposure time and motion range of the LCD panel. The system has advantages such as shorter response time than 0.1seconds
lesser motion error than 0.01 microns
high stability and repeatability. Experimental results show that the proposed micro-motion exposure method improve the picture brightness and enlarge output size
at the meantime reducing the cost of the system. 2009 SPIE.

according to requirement of communication and monitor system
the output is fixed resolution image and analog PAL signal. The compression means is JPEG2000 standard
in which
9/7 wavelets in lifting format is used. 2 DSPs and FPGA are used to compose parallel compression system. The system is composed of FPGA pre-processing module

data buffer module and communication module. Firstly
discrete wavelet transform and quantization is realized in FPGA. Secondly
entropy coding and stream adaption is realized in DSPs. Last
analog PAL signal is output by Video decoder. Data buffer is realized in synchronous dual-port RAM and state of subsystem is transfer to controller. Through subjective and objective evaluation

By using oxidation confinement technology high power vertical-cavity surface-emitting lasers are fabricated in experiment. The electrical and optical performance characteristics such as threshold current
efficiency
emission wavelength
and output power are measured under continuous wave (CW) condition at room temperature. The maximum output power is up to watt regime at wavelength of about 980nm. The temperature characteristics of the device are investigated experimentally in detail. The variation in lasing threshold current with temperature is studied. The characteristic temperature T0 of the device is derived
and the value is about 211K. Such a high characteristic temperature T0 of threshold current can lead to good temperature sensitivity of the device. At the same time
the lasing spectrum characteristics with temperature are also measured. The wavelength shift with temperature is just about 0.06nm/K. From the measured results
it is shown that the device can still operate at high temperature condition.

A novel 980nm bottom-emitting VCSELs array with high power density and good beam property of Gaussian far-field distribution is reported. This array is composed of 5 symmetrically-arranged elements of 200m
150m and 100m-diameter
with the center spacings of 300m and 250m respectively. The maximum power is 880mW at a current of 4A
corresponding to lKW/cm2 average optical power density. The differential resistance is 0.09 with a threshold of 0.56A. The novel array is compared with a 300m-aperture-size single device and a 44 2-D array with 50m element aperture size and 250m centre spacing. The three devices have the same lasing area. The conclusion is that the novel array is better in the property of output power
