The thin-walled baffle design of the space-based camera is an important job in the lightweight space camera research task for its stringent quality requirement and harsh mechanical environment especially for the thin-walled baffle of the carbon fiber design. In the paper
an especially thin-walled baffle of the carbon fiber design process was described and it is sound significant during the other thin-walled baffle design of the space camera. The designer obtained the design margin of the thin-walled baffle that structural stiffness and strength can tolerated belong to its development requirements through the appropriate use of the finite element analysis of the walled parameters influence sensitivity to its structural stiffness and strength. And the designer can determine the better optimization criterion of thin-walled baffle during the geometric parameter optimization process in such guiding principle. It sounds significant during the optimum design of the thin-walled baffle of the space camera. For structural stiffness and strength of the carbon fibers structure which can been designed
the effect of the optimization will be more remarkable though the optional design of the parameters chose. Combination of manufacture process and design requirements the paper completed the thin-walled baffle structure scheme selection and optimized the specific carbon fiber fabrication technology though the FEM optimization
and the processing cost and process cycle are retrenchment/saved effectively in the method. Meanwhile
the weight of the thin-walled baffle reduced significantly in meet the design requirements under the premise of the structure. The engineering prediction had been adopted
and the related result shows that the thin-walled baffle satisfied the space-based camera engineering practical needs very well
its quality reduced about 20%
the final assessment index of the thin-walled baffle were superior to the overall design requirements significantly. The design method is reasonable and efficient to the other thin-walled baffle that mass and work environment requirement is requirement harsh. 2011 SPIE.

Software rating ascertainment is very important in development of space camera software system. It can guide the software measurement and management
and help designer improve system reliability finally. Fault Tree Analysis is a common method to analyze the danger reason and fix on bottom events. The most significant step is calculating the occurrence probabilistic of top event
namely the occurrence probabilistic of dangerous event. Because software failure cause is anfractuous and available data are hard to get
a modeling method for bottom event is proposed based on Vague set to calculate the occurrence probabilistic of top event. Experimental results show that the new approach of Vague set can guide the Software rating ascertainment which is ascertained using qualitative analysis. The results also show that the new method makes software rating ascertainment have the quantificational evidence. 2010 IEEE.

With the coming of the high-speed digital system age
signal integrity (SI) and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) should not be ignored any more. In this paper
based on basic theories of SI and EMC
the high-speed digital design method for PCB using the SI simulation tool of Altium Designer 6 and EMC analyses is introduced
and the impedance control
power integrity (PI) design and SI (reflections and crosstalk) design of a piece of image processor PCB are demonstrated in detail. The simulation results show that the impedance control is perfect

This paper proposes that the inter-layer separation distance (ISD) and the unit cell aligning error (UAE) are used as main variables to study the transmission performance attenuation of the double layer FSS configuration. The numerical analysis model for ISD and UAE was established and also was used to simulate the cross loop slot cell FSS transmission performance by the finite element and periodic moment method program. The double layer cross loop aperture FSS configuration designed was used as the numerical model. As a result of the numerical analysis
it is shown that both ISD and UAE produce insertion transmission loss (ITL) and insertion phase distortion (IPD) directly. Furthermore
ISD results in much loss of the amplitude of the transmitted signal for the FSS than UAE. It is significant for the designer for the multiplayer FSS to assign the fabricated error of the FSS dielectric layers. The UAE introduces the insertion phase variation badly.

The method of null test is widely used for testing an aspheric mirror. During optical manufacturing process
the mirror has to be moved up and down for testing and fabricating. Because the alignment of null test is difficult and time costing
the efficiency of making aspheric mirror is decreased greatly. In order to solve the problem
we developed a software based on polynomial fitting to calculate the misalignment parameters. By using the software and computer numeric controlled adjusting equipments
the efficiency of testing is increased and the accuracy of test has reached up to /40 RMS where equals to 632.8nm
which has fulfilled the demand of the designer.
