In order to get angular velocity of stabilization servo mechanism from angular position sensors  -- filter and its angular velocity transfer function were predigested. Combing with optimum parameters  -- filter based on high sampling rate was established  the effect of and sample rate on filter nature frequency were evaluated. According to the requirements of stabilization platform  the principle of steady and transient tracking filter differential were proved. With the hypothesis of constant acceleration  the frequency characteristics of angular velocity transfer function were analyzed  three-dimensional Kalman filter was simplified  and the filter parameters were designed. The results show that when the spectrum of input signal was lower than 6rad/s  parameters was 0.02  and sampling period were 0.08ms and 0.1ms respectively  the filter can realize differential exactly  when the spectrum was 9rad/s  the precision was no less than 1.1%  the phase leading of angular position was no less than 70  the natural frequency should be higher than the cut-off frequency of stabilization platform was two or three times. In the engineering of electro-optical stabilization servo mechanism  -- filter has properties of tracking differential  and reached the requirement of platform angular velocity estimation. Also it is one of the effective methods to get angular velocity from angular position sensors. 2011 IEEE.

A fast algorithm is proposed to restore the color images  degraded in a deterministic way by motion- blurred  by multichannel combination processing. Based on the color space conversion model  the point spread functions of the image motion on each plane of YUV422 image can be achieved. The U  V plane of YUV422 images are combined to form a new UV plane which has the same size as Y plane. Then  the Y  UV plane are packed into a two dimensional complex array which can be transformed directly by FFT and result a composite frequency spectrum. Wiener filter is applied to filter Y  UV spectrums separated from the composite spectra. On Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) platform  the proposed algorithm can restore a 1024x1024 24-bit motion-blurred color image in 7.95ms  and the PSNR of the restored image is 27.12 which reveals a good restoration performance. 2009 IEEE.

In the device  a He-Ne laser of flash frequency 1-20 Hz was adopted as exciting light source  and three key technical problems have been solved successfully in order to enhance the detecting sensitivity and measuring stability of the device for time-resolved fluorimmunoassays(TRFIA) [1]. The first one is to design optimum exciting optical system  so that the exciting light beam excite the sample most effectively. The second one is to have a project spectrum filter which can reduce the affection of the background light to the photomultiplier tube and also ensure influence of the stray light and mixed diffusion light to the sample fluorescence to the least  the sample fluorescence through the integrating sphere and come to the grating monochromator  The right wavelength will be chosed through changing the angle of incidence of the grating monochromator. The third one is to simulate the principle of sample averaging of BOXCAR averager. In the device  SCM was used as primary controller and CPLD was used as timing controller. Through the preparation process  signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) will be improved  also adjust delay time  ampling frequency and sampling number arbitrarily. By testing  the sensitivity is 10-12mol/L(substance marked by Eu3+)  examination repeat is &le2.5%  examination linearity is from 10 -8mol/L to 10-12mol/L  correlation coefficient is 99.98%(p&le0.01). The instrument is advanced for ultrasensitive detection of antigen and antibody  and solve the tumor  genetic variation  the virus protein detection. 2009 SPIE.

In order to acquire the information of railway binary frequency-shift keying signals  which include upper/down side frequencies and base low-frequency with high-accuracy  a novel frequency detection algorithm for France UM-71 system is proposed. Combining fast Fourier transform with the ratio correction method  the carrier frequency and the base frequency are obtained. Furthermore  the hardware consumption has been decreased. And it possesses the advantage of simple algorithm and fast operation speed. Comparing with the detection of the base frequency  the upper/down side frequency of railway signal is more difficult. Based on spectrum analysis and the spectrum correction  a new method  which adopts the sliding window  is put forward in this paper. The absolute differences between the upper side frequencies and the down side frequencies obtained are regarded as the criterion for judgment. Then the set of data  in which the maximum absolute value is  is to be the result of the upper/down side frequency. Because the sliding window will go through every stage when the upper/down side frequency changes  therefore  it is not sensitive enough to the position of data which need to be transformed. Using the method mentioned above  the experiment results show that the accuracy requirement of the side frequency is satisfied well. 2008 IEEE.  
Study on resonance absorption raman scattering in i2 liquid-core optical fiber (EI CONFERENCE) 会议论文

The Raman scattering of I2 liquid-core optical fiber under the condition of resonance absorption in liquid-core optical fiber is studied in this paper. Iodine is dissolved in transparent benzene to make solution of I2 in benzene  and the absorption coefficients of the solution are measured at certain wavelengths. The absorption curve can be divided into non-resonance absorption region  pre-resonance absorption region  strict resonance absorption region  and post-resonance absorption region respectively. Resonance absorption Raman scattering experiments are conducted by a 532 nm frequency-doubled Nd:YVO4 laser  and the wavelength is in the strict resonance absorption region of solution of I2 in benzene. Compared with I2  the absorption of benzene can be neglected. Non-resonance Raman scattering of the solution is performed using a 632.8 nm He-Ne laser  and no spectrum lines of I2 are found. The study demonstrates that there is one spectrum line of I2 in the Raman scattering spectrum in the I 2 liquid-core optical fiber  but this line is not found in the spectrum of the non-resonance and resonance absorption Raman scattering of I2 solution in benzene using absorption cell. The experiments proved that I 2 Raman scattering  is greatly enhanced by using both resonance absorption and liquid-core optical fiber.  
A high-accuracy parameter estimation algorithm for jointless Frequency-shift track circuit (EI CONFERENCE) 会议论文

FSK (Frequency Shift keying) signal  which has advantages of narrow-bandwidth  strong anti-interference ability  long transmission distance and so on  is used in jointless Frequency-shift track circuit to send different kinds of control signals. However  as FSK is non-linearly modulated  parameter estimation with high accuracy is hard to realize. Based on the spectrum analysis complement with time-frequency distribution  a highaccuracy FSK signal parameter estimation algorithm is put forward in this paper. According to the signal characteristics  under-sampling and ZFFT are used to improve the accuracy of spectrum analysis  and the base frequency resolution meets system requirement of 0.02Hz. Wigner-Ville distribution has an excellent time-frequency concentration while serious cross-term interference at the same time. Through the design of kernel function  the cross-terms are almost suppressed and the upper/down side frequency resolution meets the system requirement of 0.2Hz. The effectivities of all the methods mentioned above have been proved by MATLAB simulation  which pave a solid way for the development of high-accuracy FSK signal parameter estimation devices. 2008 IEEE.
