Aerospace Relay Mirror System (ARMS) as a new concept weapon used in reflection of High Energy Laser (HEL) in space is studied. It extends the attacking range of Ground Based Laser (GBL) weapons enormously. Relevant researches have been carried out for many years. The structures and operating theory of the entire system consists of ground-based high energy laser weapon and space-based relay mirror. The main work of this study is focused on the analysis of relay mirror energy characteristics to deduce the relationship among the attacking range of weapon and diameter of ARMS and target irradiance. Calculation examples are also given. The results proved the strong points and feasibility of ARMS theoretically further. It is summarized that more importance should be attached to ARMS development. The results given in this paper can be reference of an actual ARMS system to some extends. 2011 IEEE.

To obtain high resolution  high signal-to-noise ratio (SNR)  high reliability and real time in wide spectral range  we study the space modulation Micro Fourier Transform Spectrometer (FTS) based on multi-step mirrors covering the spectral range of 3-5m and 8-12 m in theory and experiment. The influences of spectrum reconstruction caused by the diffraction and extended light source in Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer (FTIR) are analyzed. A method to reduce the noises in spectrum reconstruction and the relationship between coherent intensity and solid angle of light source are discussed. An extended light source with suitable size is chosen  considering the requirement of SNR and spectrum resolving power in the optical design. Furthermore  the fabrication of micro multi-step mirrors  which is the core part of FTS  is investigated. Three methods for fabricating multi-step micro mirrors are demonstrated. 2011 IEEE.  
Ownership concentration, ownership control and enterprise performance: Based on the perspective of enterprise life cycle 期刊论文

This study examines the relationship between ownership structure and enterprise performance from the perspective of enterprise life cycle  by adding the variables of the enterprise life cycle stages into the model  to explain the inconsistence with the previous study results on this issue. Using a unique 2002 - 2007 panel data of the listed Chinese companies  this study finds that ownership concentration has a significant positive impact on enterprise performance both at the growth stage and decline stage  but not prominent at the mature stage. Ownership control has a significant negative impact which is gradually weakening on enterprise performance at the growth stage  and it has a significant positive impact on enterprise performance at the mature stage  but not prominent at the decline stage. There are no prominent curve relations between ownership concentration  ownership control and enterprise performance.

In order to improve the precision of phytoplankton chlorophyll-a (chla) concentration retrieval  this study classified the data into two groups (the high and the low) by chla concentration with the threshold of 50gA&bullL-1. And then build the statistical models for each group. Particularly  a modifying factor OSS/TSS was used to unmixing the spectra in the low model to improve the low relationship between spectral reflectance and chla concentrations. As a result  the concentration classification model allowed estimation of chla with a root mean square error (RMSE) of 21.12gA&bullL-1 and the determination coefficient (R2) was 0.92  comparing with RMSE of chla estimation was 35.72gA&bullL-1 and R2=0.72 in the traditional model. It shows that concentration classification is a helpful method for accurate remote chla retrieval in eutrophic inland waters. 2008 SPIE.

In this paper a method that measures relatively positionrelationshipquickly and accurately between two vehicles both on a horizontal plane is introduced. When the linear CCD camera placed on the end of manipulator scans two point targets located on the other vehicle  by virtue of the spatial intersection principle and trigonometry theorem  the relative position relationship between the loading vehicles and launching ones can be gotten(i.e. the spatial coordinate parameters of x  y  z and the angle displacement ). At the same time the paper establishes that the measurement error of length is less than 1mm  by analysis of thee rror analysis and the simulation of computer. The angle displacement is less than 3  which satisfies the technical requests. So the vehicle orientation and loading missiles can be both done at the shortest time. It meets the demand of centralization between the measurement and execution. Forboth automatic transshipment and spatial position relationship measurement  the study is valuable. And the manipulator is measure device as well as executive one so that residual inherent error decreases according to identical reference principle. Therefore the measure precision can be improved greatly.

In the procedure of computed radiography imaging  we should firstly get across the characters of kinds of noises and the relationship between the image signals and noises. Based on the specialties of computed radiography (CR) images and medical image processing  we have study the filtering methods for computed radiography images noises. On the base of analyzing computed radiography imaging system in detail  the author think that the major two noises are Gaussian white noise and Poisson noise. Then  the different relationship of between two kinds of noises and signal were studied completely. By considering both the characteristics of computed radiography images and the statistical features of wavelet transformed images  a multiscale image filtering algorithm  which based on two-state hidden markov model (HMM) and mixture Gaussian statistical model  has been used to decrease the Gaussian white noise in computed images. By using EM (Expectation Maximization) algorithm to estimate noise coefficients in each scale and obtain power spectrum matrix  then this carried through the syncretized two Filter that are IIR(infinite impulse response) Wiener Filter and HMM  according to scale size  and achieve the experiments as well as the comparison with other denoising methods were presented at last.
