In this paper  we propose a measurement scheme for the phosphor  and design a test-equipment to test the luminescent and temperature properties of phosphor. Furthermore  the equipment can also be used for the life-test of the phosphor because it can generate a great excitation power. Finally  there are design principle  structure and some data and result which we obtained in the experiment. These data will be very useful for the design of FED. (2010) Trans Tech Publications.
