With data quantity increasing dramatically and signal transmission period becoming more and more fast
the media access control delay has proved to be one of the main influence factors of CAN network real-time. Firstly
an equivalent numerical simulation model of CAN bus network is built to derivate the mathematical expression of media access control delay. Secondly
optimization measures are further proposed to improve the data communication real-time. At last

Simulation systems with hardware-in-loop are composed by three-Axis virtual flight motion simulator
simulation computer
load torque simulator
and visual simulation systems. Three-Axis Virtual Flight Motion Simulator are used to simulate the attitude of missile in simulation system with hardware-in-loop
so its performance influenced the result of simulation directly. This paper mainly analyzed the factors which influenced the performance of a three-Axis virtual flight motion simulator which we are used now in the lab
then analyzed the entire simulation system's error caused by these factors through numerical simulation method. By analysis we can see that bandwidth is the main factor influenced the precision of simulation systems with hardware-in-loop
mechanical device installation error and measurement error may also cause some errors of the systems at the same time.

With finite element analysis software Moldflow
numerical simulation and studies about FM truck roof handle were conducted on gas-assisted injection molding process. The influences of melt pre-injection shot
gas pressure
delay time and melt temperature were observed by using multi-factor orthogonal experimental method. According to the analysis of the factors' impact on evaluation index
the optimized parameter combination is obtained. Therefore the optimization design of technological parameters is done. The results show that during the gas-assisted injection molding
optimum pre-injection shot is 94%
gas pressure is 15MPa
delay time is 0.5s
melt temperature is 240 C. This study provided a more practical approach for the gas-assisted injection molding process optimization.

Laser pulse code is an anti-jamming measures used in semi-active laser guided weapons. On account of the laser-guided signals adopting pulse coding mode and the weak signal processing
it need complex calculations in the frequency measurement process according to the laser pulse code signal time correlation to meet the request in optoelectronic countermeasures in semi-active laser guided weapons. To ensure accurately completing frequency measurement in a short time
it needed to carry out self-related process with the pulse arrival time series composed of pulse arrival time
calculate the signal repetition period
and then identify the letter type to achieve signal decoding from determining the time value
number and rank number in a signal cycle by Using CPLD and DSP for signal processing chip
designing a laser-guided signal frequency measurement in the pulse frequency measurement device
improving the signal processing capability through the appropriate software algorithms. In this article
we introduced the principle of frequency measurement of the device
described the hardware components of the device
the system works and software
analyzed the impact of some system factors on the accuracy of the measurement. The experimental results indicated that this system improve the accuracy of the measurement under the premise of volume

In order to solve the problem of self-determination directional of theodolite
equipment based on dynamically tuned gyroscope is proposed. The principle of the Multi-position Strap-down North Seeking System is introduced. Mathematical model of the system is discussed. The factors that influence the precision are analyzed. In order to fit the curve of sampling data
back-propagation neural network arithmetic is used in data processing. As templates
curve model is saved at database of the VC software. The template matching arithmetic advanced the measure precision of this system. The measure time of the system is shortened within 1 minute

In order to improve the wavelength utilization as well as the fairness of the light trail networks
we modified the FP MAC from the view point of weight balance by introducing a weight mode. The weight mode is composed of two factors
real-time factor and node activity ratio. Moreover
the weight mode is used as a bid by each LT node to compute the priority. Hence
the priority of the LT node is adjusted dynamically in every round and the MAC protocol with dynamic priority adjustment is entitled as DPA MAC. Simulation results show that the performances of DPA MAC protocol are much better than that of FP MAC protocol in terms of packet loss rate and activity percentile. 2011 Copyright SPIE - The International Society for Optical Engineering.

For the first time
this paper reports on an effective topology optimization method to improve the output net flux for valveless micropumps. The micropump considered here is actuated by the vibration of membranes and can generate a net flow along the optimized rigid fluidic channel. The detailed layout of the micropump channel is optimized with respect to a number of factors which influence the output net flux of liquid

The non-uniformity phenomenon exists in each channel of multi-CCD imaging systems. The factors which lead to the problem are complex. The conventional calibrating algorithms can not consider all of these factors and have poor effects. According to the characters of multi-CCD imaging systems
a non-uniformity correction method based on the scene was proposed by adopting the traditional two-point correction theories. The correction coefficient of each channel image can be calculated via the linear relation between the two neighboring pixel lines in the two-channel images. Compared with the conventional two-point calibration and multi-point calibration methods
contrastive calibrating results were obtained. This method does not need any standard lighted image as reference source
which provides a real time way for calibrating the multi-CCD imaging systems in practical applications. 2010 IEEE.

In Computer Controlled Optical Surfacing (CCOS)
polishing tool-path is the base of solving other control parameters such as dwell time. In order to improve the fabrication results of polishing off-axis aspheric
a novel method to optimize the tool-path is discussed in this paper. The optimizing method named weighted-iterative algorithm is according to the balance principle of the particle system. The power factor of each dwell point represents the requirement of dwell density. Considering the factors which influence the polishing result
the power factors cosist of three elements include constant
error distribution and dwell distance of workpiece edge. The tool-path is solved by numerical iterative method. In the end
an error data is simulated with actual parameters using the matrix-based algorithm with two different tool-paths. The one is X-Y uniform spacing model and the other one is to optimize it based on the first. The comparison shows that the results of the optimized one are much better than traditional one
especially the rms convergence rate. Theory of the algorithm is simple and exercisable
and it satisfies practical requirement as well. 2009 SPIE.

The photoresist coating is an important micro machining process widely applied in engineering. The formed film should be uniform and enough thin to assure the quality of final pattern whose line width is micrometer or nanometer. It is more difficult to process it on the spherical surface than on the flat. In this work
mathematic model of film thickness on the spherical surface is proposed by using hydromechanics. The key factors that influence the film thickness are obtained from the analysis of coating process. Then
the rational parameters which be controlled by the automatic photoresist coating machine can be final set up according to the result of the coating experiments. And the accuracy analysis of the key part which is used for the main process is performed by the error analytics. This machine not only makes the whole coating process automation
but also monitors the film quality in real time. It is adequate for aspheric surface also. 2009 IEEE.
