Lithium fluoride (LiF) crystal is a very promising candidate as nanometer resolution EUV and soft X-ray detector. Compared with other EUV and soft X-ray detectors  charge coupled device and photographic films  LiF crystal has high resolution  large field of view and wide dynamic range. In this paper  using LiF crystal as EUV detector and a Schwarzschild objective (SO) working at 13.5nm as projection optics  mesh images with 4.2 m  1.2 m and 800 nm line width and pinhole patterns with 1.5m diameter are acquired in projection imaging mode and direct writing mode  respectively. Fluorescence intensity profiles of images show that the resolution of mesh image is 900 nm  and the one of pinhole image is 800 nm. In the experiments  a spherical condense mirror based on normal incidence type is used to eliminate the damage and contamination on the masks (mesh and pinhole) caused by the laser plasma  and the energy density is not decreased compared with that the masks are close to the plasma. The development of the SO  the alignment of the objective and the imaging experiments are also reported. 2012 Copyright Society of Photo-Optical Instrumentation Engineers (SPIE).

To improve the image processing system of resolution capability and reliability  image processing system in a growing number of multi-sensor model. In this mode  the use of the current main stream single DSP + FPGA hardware architecture for image processing algorithms have already unable to meet the operational requirements of real-time. This paper proposed a new hardware architecture that is the three DSPs based on FPGA. With the traditional master-slave architectures is different  three DSP's external interfaces are connected with FPGA and other peripheral interfaces are connected to the FPGA. In the architecture  DSP is in the same position three and FPGA flow control for data management and other function to achieve. This connection has a strong restructuring and expansion  software development and more flexible. 2011 IEEE.

In order to increase the transmission distance and reduce noise effectively  a communication system with the optical fiber interface is developed in this paper. In the system  the PCI bus is adopted as the connection bus between the underlying optical fiber transceiver module circuitry and host computer using the WDM driver. The FPGA is the core logic of the whole system  responsible for data transmission and timing logic control. The module structure and the design method of the PCI bus  the principle and the design of optical interface module and the bottom-driven development are described in this paper. The experiment results show that the system has basically meet requirement targets. It can achieve the maximum transfer rate of 40MBps when running in the DMA mode. With long transmission distance  strong antiinterference and high scalability  this system has stable and reliable performance. 2010 IEEE.
