Most conventional spacious solar photoelectric detection systems suffer from unexpected stray light. This paper demonstrates the effects on photoelectric detection system bring out by stray light. On this foundation
build up evaluation index of stray light system
to search the reasonable programme to eliminating stray light. A detailed telescope system geometry model was created
and scatter models were create for telescope and enclosure components. By the means of designing the structure of main baffle
baffle vane and the coating technology. In order to verify the prosperity of structure that designed
we utilizes software to analysis opto-mechanical model. we utilizes software to analysis opto-mechanical model. The simulations show that point source transmittance of the system is thus reduced by up to two orders of magnitude between 10-8 and 10-10. Meanwhile
the experiment obtains clean detection data which satisfies the system requirements. Stray light has been suppressed effectually

A maskless nano-lithography method by using polystyrene spheres (PSs) self-assembled on silver slab (NSSL) was proposed in [optics express
Vol. 16
No. 19 (2008) 14397]. Following that
to break the limitations in resolution and PSs period of NSSL method
in this paper
we present PSs immersed super-resolution lithography (NSISL) technology by embedding the PSs into appropriate material to improve the efficiency of the surface plasmon excitation. The energy modulating mechanism and the rules of the resolution affected by silver slab were studied by calculating and analysing the energy distribution. The curve of the lithography resolution versus the silver thickness was presented. In order to verify this method
contrast analysis was carried out with NSSL. The results show that the lithography resolution is improved efficiently. Taking a specific configuration with PS diameter of 600nm as an example
the resolution was improved to 54nm from 190nm with Ag thickness of 25nm. Based on the calculation results
we carried out the experiments. Nano holes with dimension of 75nm and period of 600nm were obtained. 2012 IEEE.

In order to solve the problem that the weight of large scale theodolite's casting or steel plate welded structure is too heavy
lightweight design of large scale turntable based on topology optimization of continuum structure is investigated. Topology optimization could have better optimization efficiency because it can provide the optimized distribution of material and gain optimized structure in conceptual design phase of the structural design. In order to obtain lightweight and high stiffness structure
a truss turntable based on topology optimization of continuum structure is presented
and the validity of this lightweight structure is examined by finite element analysis. Comparing to the traditional welding steel turntable
the lightweight turntable
without changing the static displacement
can lose 386.48 kg(lightweight ratio is 26.7%)
and its first-order natural frequency raises from 167.02Hz to 173.71Hz. Meanwhile
in other aspects this turntable also has better performance than traditional structure. 2012 IEEE.

In order to increase the electromagnetic torque density of micromotor with axial magnetic field
numerical analysis of permanent magnetic field and electromagnetic torque were deduced and the key factors of increasing torque density of micromotor was obtained. The numerical analysis of three-dimensional magnetic field in air gap produced by spliced sector permanent magnetic poles is done
and the way of improving flux density and permanent magnet use efficiency are given through investigating the influence of magnet thickness
height of air gap and pole interval rate and other parameters to air gap flux density and leakage flux. Based on the test of axial magnetic field and torque characteristic of micromotor
the analysis of micromotor magnetic field and calculation of torque are verified
meanwhile using the plane stator with 0.7mm thickness assemble micromotor having minimum air gap height of 1mm and its torque constant up to 3.8mNm/A. 2012 IEEE.

Air-bearing is a core component of air-bearing rotary stage. The weakness that the air-bearing has the low load capacity and stiffness has been concerned about by domestic and foreign scholars. So how to improve the load capacity and stiffness has become a serious problem. In order to improve the load capacity and stiffness of the air-bearing rotary stage
in this paper
we improved structure of Zhang Wenjie and others' high-precision direct-drive air-bearing rotary stage. The gas film of air-bearing has been meshed by GAMBIT software
and we use FLUENT software to obtain the carrying capacity features of the gas film. Finally
the structural static force of the precision air-bearing rotary stage will be analyzed by ANSYS software. The analysis results show that: the structural design of the precision air-bearing rotary stage is reasonable
and this structure can provide a larger range of loads. Even in heavy load conditions
a larger deformation will not occur any more. It has a good practical value
and also can be widely used in high precision equipments. (2012) Trans Tech Publications.

The reliability flight property has received much attention within the aircraft control community throughout the last decades. In this paper
the fault-tolerant control technique is introduced into the attitude stability control system of a quadrotor UAV in order to compensate the influence of the actuators fault of the aircraft. This control scheme is composed of two components: a robust fault detection module using the modelbased observation approach and a reconfigurable controller. Besides the designing procedure
the theoretical analysis of robustness and stability of the designed FTC scheme are also contained in this article. And finally
the availability of the proposed scheme is verified through numerical simulation. 2012 IEEE.

When the airborne platform
where installed the optical window
is in high Mach flight condition. The aerodynamic heating effect
which will influence optical properties of optical window
becomes very obvious. This special flight condition will change shape
refractive index and also refractive index distribution of optical window due to the generated high axial temperature gradient. To ensure image quality of aerial remote sensor
the present paper does thermal-optical analysis for optical window under high Mach flight condition. Then
on this basis

In order to improve its precision in dynamic environment
a Kalman filter was designed. Firstly
two sets of random drift data of MEMS gyro were respectively analysed
and it was found that the variance of random drift under random vibration significantly increased and its mean also changed. Then calculation results show that attitude angle error under random vibration is 2.6
while in the static test it is 0.25. Analysis on the characteristics of random drift was carried out
and it is found that it can be treated as stable
normally distributed random signal. Finally
a corresponding Kalman filter was designed. The results indicated that after filtering the variance of random drift is reduced to 0.0282
26.4% of pre-filtering and the attitude angle error is reduced to 1.5
57.7% of pre-filtering. The above method can effectively compensate for the attitude angle error of MEMS gyro caused by random vibration. This study can be a reference to the application of low-cost MEMS gyro in aircraft navigation. (2012) Trans Tech Publications

The trend extrapolation method is applied to spectrum analysis of microtremor signal in order to increase the spectral estimation accuracy. First
establish an appropriate extrapolation model based on the existing data series
and then fit correlation functions other than existing data by derivative least squares method
finally perform spectrum analysis using extrapolated correlation functions. Numerical simulations and the experimental results show that good results are achieved no matter correlation functions change slow or rapid

The trajectory tracking control problem of the uncertain mobile robot with nonholonomic constraints is analyzed. Sliding mode control is presented based on the kinematics models analysis. Switching function of sliding model control is designed according to back-stepping method. Trending law control is selected to improve the system dynamic performance. In order to solve the constant speed problem caused by conventional trending law control
fuzzy control is used to adjust trending speed in the real time. The simulation results demonstrate that the fuzzy sliding mode controller improves the rapidity of trajectory tracking
and reduces the tracking error and the chattering of the control output. 2012 IEEE.
