This paper presents the digital PI control method for design and simulation of a high precision limited angle brushless torque motor control system in Field Programmable Gate Array device (FPGA). The direct drive structures which are widely applied in many servo control fields. Matlab Xilinx System GeneratorR toolbox based on Fixed-Point Arithmetic is used to design the digital PI controller using DSP architecture

Constructing low cost software is the main method to save energy source in computer science. Traditional research about software cost is only in one level. They are partial in some degree. To settle the problem
a systemic model for software cost analyzing and optimizing is proposed in this paper. In this systemic model
software cost analyzing and optimizing are from low level to high level. It can provide all-sided analyzing and optimizing in instruction

Electrostatic membrane mirror is ultra-lightweight and easy to acquire a large diameter comparing with traditional optical elements
so its development and usage is the trend of future large mirrors. In order to research the control method of the static stretching membrane mirror
the surface configuration must be tested. However
membrane mirror's shape is always changed by variable voltages on the electrodes
and the optical properties of membrane materials using in our experiment are poor
so it is difficult to test membrane mirror by interferometer and null compensator method. To solve this problem
an automatic optical test procedure for membrane mirror is designed based on Hartmann screen method. The optical path includes point light source
CCD camera
splitter and diffuse transmittance screen. The spots' positions on the diffuse transmittance screen are pictured by CCD camera connected with computer
and image segmentation and centroid solving is auto processed. The CCD camera's lens distortion is measured
and fixing coefficients are given to eliminate the spots' positions recording error caused by lens distortion. To process the low sampling Hartmann test results
Zernike polynomial fitting method is applied to smooth the wave front. So low frequency error of the membrane mirror can be measured then. Errors affecting the test accuracy are also analyzed in this paper. The method proposed in this paper provides a reference for surface shape detection in membrane mirror research. 2010 Copyright SPIE - The International Society for Optical Engineering.

The non-uniformity phenomenon exists in each channel of multi-CCD imaging systems. The factors which lead to the problem are complex. The conventional calibrating algorithms can not consider all of these factors and have poor effects. According to the characters of multi-CCD imaging systems
a non-uniformity correction method based on the scene was proposed by adopting the traditional two-point correction theories. The correction coefficient of each channel image can be calculated via the linear relation between the two neighboring pixel lines in the two-channel images. Compared with the conventional two-point calibration and multi-point calibration methods
contrastive calibrating results were obtained. This method does not need any standard lighted image as reference source
which provides a real time way for calibrating the multi-CCD imaging systems in practical applications. 2010 IEEE.

In this paper
Quaternions are used to describe the structural information of a color image in order to assess its quality. The representation method is different from conventional models in that some information that is sensitive to human eyes is reinforced by using local variance. It encodes the local variance distribution of the RGB channels of a color image into the three imaginary parts of a quaternion. The luminance layer of the color image is taken as the real part of the quaternion. The distance between the singular value feature vectors of the source image block and the distorted image block which are described by quaternion matrices is calculated. The final assessment result is calculated by using the mid point of the distances. The experimental results show that the assessment results of the proposed assessment method are more consistent with the Human Visual System than those of the conventional assessment methods. 2009 IEEE.
