英文摘要background: this work focuses on developing a mild, efficient and regioselective enzymatic procedure to synthesise 5'-o-benzoyl-5-fluorouridine, a more powerful antitumour drug than 5-fluorouridine itself, and examining the influences of several key variables on the reaction.
