英文摘要a new method for the separation of 19 standard d-amino acids and glycine ( gly) by capillary electrophoresis ( ce) using p-acetamidobenzenesulfonyl fluoride ( paabs-f) as precolumn derivatization reagent has been developed. the separation conditions were carefully studied and optimized. the experimental results showed that 20 mmmol/l sodium borate ( ph 9.3), 126 mmmol/l sodium dodecyl sulfate, 8 mmol/l,8-cyclodextrin and 20 mmol/l nacl were the optimal conditions for the ce separation. under the optimal conditions, 19 stangdard d-amino acids and gly were successfully achied with baseline separation within 16 min by ce.
