英文摘要	cds is one of the most important ii-vi semiconductors, with applications in solar cells, optoelectronics. and electronic devices. here a new process for the preparation of cds single-crystal nanowires (see figure) is presented, in which the nanowires are prepared by electrochemically induced deposition into the pores of anodic aluminum oxide templates.
