中文摘要综合集成研讨厅体系是我国科学家提出的处理开放的复杂巨系统及其相关 问题的方法论。综合集成研讨厅体系的实质是将专家群体、数据、信息和知识、 计算机强大的计算能力有机的结合起来,为人们分析开放的复杂巨系统和复杂问 题提供统一的、人机结合、以人为主的巨型智能系统和问题求解系统。这个方法 论成功应用的关键在于发挥系统的人、机、信息和知识三者的整体优势和综合优 势,其核心在于人的心智与机器智能的取长补短、综合集成。 在今天以计算机技术和网络技术为核心的信息技术高速发展的背景下、综合 集成研讨厅支撑环境的设计和实现也得益于信息技术的进展,并以此为基础完善 综合集成研讨厅体系的理论框架。本文致力于对当前信息技术成果的分析比较, 并利用这些现有的成果来设计与实现研讨厅支撑环境,并力图将它发展为信息时 代的决策支持平台,目标是实现决策的科学化和民主化。围绕这一目标,本文在 综合集成研讨厅设计与实现方面的研究工作包括: 1.从决策支持系统发展的过程论证了综合集成研讨厅作为信息时代的决策支 持系统的必然性和合理性,并明确了综合集成研讨厅支撑环境的设计和实现 时应当朝着智能化、集成化、信息化的方向发展。 2.针对课题的要求,设计和开发了基于IBM公司的Lotus Sametime的研讨厅 支撑环境。采用B/S和C/S混合的程序框架,客户端程序运行于本地机器, 加强操作界面的灵活性,而且降低网络带宽;服务器端提供的在线感知、即 时交流、电子白板,视频,音频,和信息共享等服务可以方便地与模型、信息 和知识资源服务有效集成,而且访问这些服务更加简单。Lotus Sametime的 二次开发,为研讨厅支撑环境提供了强有力的协同工作环境和信息共享平 台,克服今天的决策所面临的挑战:电话系统和电子邮件已经不能满足当前 复杂的数据和信息的传递;信息处理已从单用户环境发展到网络环境。本文 通过调用Lotus Sametime工具包。 3.设计开发了研讨厅支撑环境中的可视化功能模块,研讨专家可以利用人类的 视觉处理能力减少理解抽象信息的全局或局部结构的认知负担。其中包括两 个模块:一个是群体智慧的涌现与可视化模块,将研讨专家的发言过程看作 一个交互过程,用计算方法将蕴涵在综合集成研讨厅交互过程中的群体智慧 揭露出来;另一个是专家群体一致性分析和专家立场可视化模块,通过分析
英文摘要HWME(Hall for Workshop of Metasynthetic Engineering),which aims at solving the complex problems related to OCGS(Open Complex Giant Systems),is a new methodology proposed by Chinese scientists.Its essential is to unite the wisdom of experts,the capacity of computers,all sorts of data,information from different disciplines,and knowledge of human to build a human-machine cooperative intelligent system and problems solving system,where man is the dominative element. The key to successful application of HWME is fully utilizing the holistic advantages and integrative advantages of men,computers,information and knowledge,i.e.its core competence comes from synthesizing the human mind and machine intelligence into a Whole. Nowadays,Information technology,the representative of which is computer and network,develops at a very fast speed.The design and implementation of the support environment for HWME also heavily benefits from the progress of information technology, and bases on these new technologies to improve the theory and framework of HWME.This dissertation hammers at the analysis and compare of outcomes of the up-to-date information technology,and relies on these outcomes to design and implement the support environment for HWME.The intention of this dissertation is to make HWME a new type of decision support system in the information era,with the ultimate goal to help people make decision democratically and scientifically.Aiming at this goal.this dissertation involves with the following aspects: 1.From the view of the evolution of DSS,this dissertation demonstrates the necessity and rationality of considering HWME as a new DSS(Decision Support System)in the information era,and directs the design and implementment of the support environment for HWME to intelligence,integration and information. 2.According to the requirement of our project,this dissertation designs and develops the support environment for HWME based on IBM Lotus Sametime. The software architecture of the support environment for HWME is a hybrid of C/S and B/S.Client program runs at the local machine,which enhances the flexibility of operation interfaces and reduce the bandwidth of network;at the same time,the online awareness,instant message,electronic whiteboard, video/audio and information sharing services provided by the server can integrate with models,information and knowledge resources service easily,moreover,the access of all this service is simpler. The second development of Lotus Sametime brings powerful collaborative working and information sharing groundwork to the support environment for HWME, which overcomes challenges in current decision making that telephone or email systems are so trivial to transfer those diversiform data and information, and that information processing is beyond the scope of
