中文摘要	图像局部增强方法常使用规则窗口划分局部区域,这将使图像在局部增强过程中相邻像素灰度值关系可能发生改变。相邻像素灰度值关系发生改变就意味着图像中面向目标探测识别的信息被篡改。文中将通过确保灰度值关系发生了改变的相邻像素对灰度差小于人眼视觉阈值来实现人眼感知信息保真。在人眼感知信息保真前提下,使用规则矩形窗口划分图像,选用线性拉伸算子拉伸图像子区域,以整幅图像对比度拉伸最大为目标不同程度地拉伸图像各子区域。
英文摘要	The local image enhancement methods often use regular windows to zone the image. These methods may change the gray value relationship ( GVR) between adjacent pixels. Adjacent pixels’gray value relationships change means that the image information for target detection and recognition being falsified. This paper would realize human perception information fidelity by ensuring that gray difference of adjacent pixels of which GVR was changed was less than human visual threshold. In the human eye perception information fidelity premise，this paper uses linear stretching operator to stretch the image after regular rectangular window partitioning image，and stretches the image contrast maximum.
