中文摘要当今制造企业是复杂、动态变化的系统,无论是为了更好地理解企业的生产经营,控制企业的生产经营过程,还是为了实施先进制造策略,实现面向过程的企业组织结构的转变,都对企业建模提出了明确的需求。企业建模的范围很广,包括组织、过程、信息等不同方面的内容,根据需要可以选择不同的侧重。过程建模是企业建模中非常重要的一部分,是连接企业其它要素的桥梁,被公认为是任何组织改变管理特别是业务过程重组(BPR)的完整一部分。随着面向过程的组织形式的出现,使得过程建模获得了越来越多的关注。业务过程建模的目标对有效的业务过程管理和过程重组起着十分重要的作用。本文从业务过程建模的目标出发,对相关的过程建模和管理技术进行了研究,所做主要工作如下:(1) 对企业建模与管理的发展及研究进行了总结分析,讨论了过程建模的研究意义与目的,对相关的过程建模技术进行了分析比较,总结分析了当前过程建模的主要研究方向及存在的问题; (2) 从业务过程建模的目的出发,提出了包含目标、活动、资源、角色、业务规则等元素的业务过程视图模型,对各元素进行了形式化的描述和定义,在此基础上提出了一个基于目标的业务过程重组框架;(3) 为了实现对业务过程重组和信息系统重构目标的支持,提出了可重构的事件驱动过程链EPC(Event-driven Process Chain)过程模型REPC,对EPC模型进行了形式化定义,描述了相关的语法规则,定义了REPC模型,并给出了EPC模型的重构算法;(4) 针对EPC与UML在面向过程与面向对象过程建模中各自的优势与不足,在对二者进行形式化描述的基础上,对EPC与UML活动图进行了对比分析,并讨论了EPC与UML活动图之间的转换规则,然后对EPC进行了面向对象的扩展,使其不仅能很好地描述业务过程,还能支持相关信息系统的开发实现;(5) 新产品开发过程的动态、复杂、协同等特征对业务过程建模提出了不同的需求以实现不同的过程管理目标,提出了采用集成信息系统体系结构(ARIS)与设计结构矩阵(DSM)二者相结合的方法实现对产品开发过程的建模及优化管理。讨论ARIS在新产品开发过程中战略目标管理、集成协同管理、信息管理等方面的应用,利用DSM方法实现对耦合迭代开发过程的优化,从而缩短产品开发生命周期;(6) 针对分布式业务过程管理BPM中的问题,引入了基于Web服务的解决方案,从构建实际的分布式BPM系统出发,提出了基于Web服务与Agent的三层体系结构,在此基础上给出了实施部署系统的方法步骤,最后对实施过程中的一个关键问题,即多个Web服务的选择进行了研究讨论。

英文摘要Business process modelling is a very important part of enterprise, which is the connecting bridge of the other elements and is looked as the full part of any organization change, especially business process reengineering. With the appearance of process-oriented organization, business process modelling gains more and more attention. The goal of the business process modelling is very important to the efficient to the process management and reengineering. Aiming at the process modelling goals, this thesis make a research of several problems related to business process modelling and management, main works include: Make a comprehensive analysis, summarization and comparison of current business process modelling technologies, discuss the significance and goals of process modelling, and summarize the research trends and existing problems of process modelling. Aiming at the modelling goals, propose a goal-based business process model view, which consists of goals, activities, roles, resources and rules five elements. And based on the five-element process model framework, an integrated business process reengineering approach is provided and discussed. Propose a reconfigurable Event-driven Process Chain (EPC) process model-REPC to support the reengineering of the business process and supporting information systems. Syntax rules are given based on the formal description of EPC model. And a reconfiguration algorithm of EPC model is given. Considering EPC and UML process modelling language has different advantages and disadvantages in process-oriented and object-oriented modelling, a comparison of EPC and UML activity diagram is made based on the formal description the model, which followed by the transformation rules definition. Finally, discuss the object-oriented extending of EPC model to make it supporting the development of supporting information systems as well as the business process modelling. The combination of Architecture of Integrated Information System (ARIS) and design structure matrix (DSM) is adopted to achieve better management of NPD process. Discuss the application ARIS in strategic objective management, integrated cooperative management, information management, etc., and use DSM to improve the overlapping development process which will decrease whole product development lifecycle. Web services are introduced to resolve the problems of distributed business process management. Web services based distributed business process management architecture is proposed, and the agent-based software design and implement process is provided. A web services selection algorithm based on service provider’s location is proposed to reduce the interactions and data exchanges between service providers and users.
