| 中文摘要 | 随着企业Web应用的不断深入，基于B/S结构框架的应用系统，在客户端数据提交、页面刷新、输入数据有效性验证和服务器端程序通用性等方面逐渐暴露出一些问题。针对这些问题，本文提出了一种基于XML的解决方案。采用这种方案，数据的表示、数据的传输都是以XML的形式进行，使得系统客户端具有一定的数据缓存、处理的能力，服务器端程序的通用性有所提高。 在深入解析XML后，作为理论上的实践，本文给出了基于XML实现的CAPP系统和BOM管理系统。在CAPP系统中，作者提出并利用XML文档表示工艺文件，工艺决策规则对工艺XML文档直接操作，取得较好的效果。系统客户端利用XMLHTTP组件完成大量数据向服务器端的提交，利用XSLT对XML信息进行处理，利用数据岛、XMLHTTP组件完成页面的粒状刷新。在BOM管理系统中，提出描述产品信息的Schema文档，利用XSLT和JavaScript等技术完成客户端产品树状显示。基于XML的Web系统具有更友好的界面、同一数据可以多样化显示的优点。另外，客户端具有数据处理的能力，这种能力使数据传输量减少、服务器端的处理负担减轻。数据环境的差异和数据描述的差别严重阻碍了企业内部和企业间的数据交流，信息集成一直是企业迫切的需求。本文的第五章讨论了基于XML的信息集成技术和系统集成框架。XML作为一种规范，在企业的信息集成方面具有优势，比其他的集成方法简单、有效。结合企业的实际，本文介绍了基于BOM的异构数据的信息集成，描述了集成的公共数据模型。本文的研究成果作为国家高技术计划（863）CIMS重点课题：《基于制造资源优化配置的制造过程管理系统》的一部分，已经应用于沈阳第一机床厂，课题所在的项目于2003年12月6日通过了由辽宁省科技厅主持的成果鉴定，并给予高度评价。 |

| 英文摘要 | More and more enterprises have developed application system based on B/S architecture because of the remarkable advantages. People find out some problems of system based on B/S with the advanced application, for example, sending data to server side, refreshing Web page and certification input data validity on the client side, limitation of the server program in generality, etc. The paper provides a web solution based on XML (eXtensible Markup Language).The Data description and transport is in XML form, on the other side the client side has the ability of dealing with the data in the architecture. It is the application of XML that makes enterprise application system based on Web better. To prove this point, the paper provides the realized CAPP (Computer Aided Process Planning) system and BOM (Bill of Material) management system after it introduces XML clearly. The paper creates describing the model in XML form and operating the XML file based on the process rules in the CAPP system. It makes sending large data possible by XMLHTTP component from client side to server side. XML files are operated by XSLT and part refreshing Web page is available by DSO or XMLHTTP. The paper comes up with the product schema file which is a data module for describing information of products in the BOM management system. The general XML files complete friendly tree view on the client by the XSLT and JavaScript files. So, Web system based on XML provides consumers more friendly user interface and more styles shows based on the same file. It also cuts down the network traffic and lightens the burden of server proceeding because the client has the capability of proceeding data. It is difficult to exchange information inside enterprise or among enteripises for the diversity in data environment and data description. People try their best to solve it. The paper discusses the information integration technology and introduces the frame based on XML in the fifth chapter. As criterion, XML is simpler and more effective than others. According to the requirements of the plant, it introduces information integration in BOM management system and presents the public data integration model system needed. As a part of the CIMS project in National High-Tech(863) Program, the research results have been applied in the Shenyang NO.1 Machine Tools. The project passed harvest authentication organized by the Science & Technology department of Liaoning Province on Dec.6, 2003. |
