中文摘要现场总线控制系统融合了自动控制、计算机、网络通信、自动化仪表等多项技术,代表着控制系统的发展方向。 目前,由于各种总线各有特色,加之不同总线产品厂商的利益纷争,形成了40多种现场总线共存共发展的局面,给现场总线控制系统的推广应用带来诸多问题。如何解决不同种现场总线构成的控制系统信息集成,充分发挥各种总线的技术优势,共同完成复杂测控任务成为现场总线控制系统应用的当务之急。 本文依托于沈阳自动化研究所承担的中国科学院知识创新工程重大项目“多总线集成的分布焦ひ悼刂葡低场保谙殖∽芟呖刂葡低承畔⒓杉际醴矫娼辛私衔钊氲难芯俊? 1.本文从现场总线控制系统入手,概述了现场总线控制系统现状和发展趋势,分析了不同种现场总线集成的控制系统形成原因和亟待解决的问题,着重分析了流程行业三种主要现场总线标准的特点。 2.研究了不同种现场总线集成的控制系统结构,探讨和研究了现场总线控制系统集成方案和集成技术。提出了现场总线控制系统与传统模拟仪表控制系统、同簇不同种现场总线集成的控制系统和不同簇现场总线集成的控制系统信息集成方案。 3.基于DCOM技术和OPC标准,开发了基于现场总线技术的OPC DA服务器接口软件,并将之应用于焦炉控制系统,实现信息集成。 4.以焦化厂焦炉控制为研究对象,设计开发了FF H1和PROFIBUS现场总线集成的焦炉控制系统,并实际应用了PROFIBUS DP/ FF H1 网关和OPC DA服务器接口软件,实现了FF H1与PROFIBUS总线、以太网与本安总线的透明访问和信息集成,验证了现场总线控制系统信息集成方案和集成技术研究的正确性。 5.在焦炉控制系统中,采用现场总线技术,利用智能设备的优势和特点,解决了焦化厂焦炉主管压力控制在焦炉煤气换向期间阀门反复开关造成的调节时间长、稳定性差的难题,提高了焦炉生产工艺控制效果和控制水平,体现了现场总线控制系统独有的优势和特点,展现了现场总线控制系统广阔的应用前景。

英文摘要Fieldbus control system covers the technologies of automation, computer, network and automated instruments. It represents the direction of modern control system. Currently, there are over 40 different kinds of Fieldbuses coexistent together. They all have their own characteristics and compete with each other for the benefit of manufacturer. This situation brings so much trouble while utilizing fieldbus control system. In order to utilize the advantages of different fieldbus system and accomplish complex measurement and control task, it is necessary for us to realize the integration of these fieldbuses. The work of this paper is based on the project “Multi-fieldbus integrated distributed industry control system” from Shenyang Institute of Automation supported by Chinese Academy of Sciences. Major contributions of the research work are as follows: 1. Start with fieldbus control system, this paper summarizes its status and developing trend, and then explains the reason and existing issues of using multi-fieldbus to integrate control system. The characteristics of three leading fieldbuses of process industry are introduced 2. The system architecture of multi-fieldbus integration is studied, the scheme and technique of multi-fieldbus integration are discussed. This paper proposes an information integration scheme for the following three instances: integration between fieldbus and traditional analog instruments; integration between different fieldbuses within same family; integration between fieldbuses in different families. 3. Based on DCOM and OPC standard, a OPC DA server interface software is developed, and is used in a coke oven control system. 4. Focusing the coke oven control system in coke plant, this paper develops a fieldbus control system with FF H1 and PROFIBUS, this system realizes the transparent data access and Info integration for FF H1/ PROFIBUS and Ethernet/Fieldbus which validates the former scheme. 5. In this coke oven fieldbus control system, with the advantages of fieldbus intelligence equipments, it resolves the issues that the time consuming period and bad stability are occurred while repeated switching the valve for main pipeline pressure control. This approach has improved the automated control level for coke oven plant and has great utilization value in the future.
