中文摘要	随着人类的进步，自然选择对人类体质进化的作用已逐步减弱，而经济文化的影响却越来越大.就是说，现代人体质的进化，自然生态因素的作用逐步退居于次要地位，而人类本身的社会、经济、文化、生活模式等构成的社会生态系统越来越起着主导作用.人类健康与疾病的演化与人类生态环境的这种进化是分不开的.
英文摘要	The evolution of health and disease is related to the development of human ecology itseIf. It appears that different phases in man's history have produced varied diseases and patterns as human ecological environment changed. ln the twentieth century the main causes of death have funda mentIy changed because of accompanying urbanizational process. The leading role of acute diseases caused by biologital infection has been replaced by that of cardiovascular diseases and cancer. 50 it is now necessary as well as possible to forecast disease trends and prospects. For doing this , We should develop modern medicine by cooperating and combining ecology, environmental sciences and systematic.
