英文摘要	Some new results are obtained by analyzing in detail the ISEE-3 energetic particle data from 51 solar electron events. Based on SAHA equilibrium model, source temperatures of particles in the Fe-rich and the Fe-poor events are calculated. According to the profile of material temperature with a height of solar atmosphere, we can find that the source position of particles in the Fe-rich events is in the high-chromosphere, while that in the Fe-poor events is in the region between the chromosphere and the corona.
