中文摘要	根据海南地区2002年3月～2004年3月期间的电离层等离子体漂移观测数据,分析了东亚低纬地区(海南)电离层等离子体漂移对太阳F10.7指数的响应特性.结果表明:(1)F10.7指数的强弱对垂直漂移速度的影响在春秋季最大,夏季次之,冬季影响较小;一天中又以日出日落附近影响最为显著,夜间次之,日间最小.(2)F10.7指数强弱对经向漂移没有显著的影响.(3)晚间东向漂移随F10.7增大而增强,日间F10.7弱时有强的西向漂移.(4)与赤道地区(Jicamarca 站)相比较,东亚低纬度地区电离层漂移对F10.7的响应有着较大的差异.
英文摘要	The low-latit ude ionosp heric drifts’responses to F10.7 are investigated by analyzing the ionosp heric plasma drif t data btained in Hainan f rom Mar 2002 to Mar 2004.The main results show that (1)vertical drifts are strongly dependent on the F10.7 index in spring and aut umn ,then smaller in summer ,and less dependent in winter ; and t he F10.7 has st rong effect on vertical drif t s in the sunset and t he sunrise ,then smaller in the night time , and less in t he daytime. (2) The meridian drif t s are less dependent on t he F10.7.(3) The eastward drif t s in t he night time increase wit h t he F10. 7 in all the seasons ; the westward drif t s in the daytime are st rong when F10.7 index is small.(4) Comparison wit h the ionosp heric plasma drif t s’response to t he F10. 7 observed in J icamarca station located at t he magnetic equatorial region ,the responses in Hainan show some obvious differences.
