英文摘要	The cosmic ray composition monitor OI1 the board the Chinese Satellite， Fengrun—l(B'， launched in September 1990一had detected th。geomagnetically trapped particles (mainly pro— tons，a particles，ions of Carbon，Nitmflen，Oxygen and Iron)for∞ long as more than 100 days Both stationary and solar proton perturbed fluxes of the geomagnetically trapped protons have been recorded． This paper reports the resuks of 4— _23 M eV protons obtained from 19th tO 24th November 1990，a relatively quiet period of th e geomagnetic field．The perpendicular flux distribution 0f the protos in the L—B space are obtained and studied ．This paPer also prescots the perpendicular flux distribution$of protons On a particular geographical meridian pl—． ane(1O0。E)．The results are agreeable with the Radiation Belt theDr
