英文摘要	This paper discusses the measuring methods of grounding resistance. A new measuring method which uses third-order cumulant is suggested. The new method can restrain Gaussian noise and harmonic disturbition, therefore, it can measure grounding resistance more accurately. Finally, the simulation examples is given to demonstrate che effectiveness of the new method.
