中文摘要	针对空间碎片观测中尚未得到确切观测数据的危险碎片的观测需求,对天基雷达观测的要求和关键技术开展研究,针对低地轨道上5-70mm的危险碎片的普查任务提出了适合小卫星搭载的35GHz毫米波雷达,并进行了雷达系统设计.
英文摘要	The art icle focu ses on the detect ion of the'dangerou s space deb ris'with diameter f rom 5mm to 7cm.The small,high-speed deb ris around the low earth orbit are damage to the satellites and the spacecrafts.By analyzing the crit ical techno logies about space borne detection of the dangerou s space debris the article put fo rw ard a m illimeter w ave phased2array radar system and the 35 GHz radar system is designed.
