中文摘要	本文阐述了LDPC码译码的基本原理,提出了最小和(min-sum)算法的改进算法,通过对基于DVB-S2标准的LDPC码译码和量化的软件仿真(Vsual C++),比较了BP算法和最小和算法,以及量化对译码的影响.
英文摘要	This paper introduces the principle of DVB-T and Conditional Access, then the design and realize of PCTV Conditional Access system based of DVB-T are explored. At last,the system can basically realize the Tune and Demodulation of DVB-T signal, After testing,can through third-party player to play a clear and transparent fluid,as well as scrambling programs.
