中文摘要本发明公开一种新型并联浇注机器人,包括基座、旋转副、转盘、机体和浇包;所述横臂穿入摆动滑块并与摆动滑块滑动配合连接,横臂的一端与浇包连接,其另一端通过缠绕于滑轮组的配重柔索与配重固接;第一卷筒和第二卷筒设置于机体内部,并通过上柔索、下柔索与横臂铰链式连接;机身采用并联运动机构,实现高刚度、重载荷;浇包通过设于横臂内的平行四边形四杆机构与浇包摆动电机相连。可水平方向回转的机身通过转盘和旋转副与电机连接,根据浇铸机的要求采用容积法,保证每次取液的准确性;浇包摆动电机驱动一套平行四边形四杆机构实现浇包角度在-45°~75°范围摆动,实现浇包的精确定位;采用动作程序,具有高效率、高稳定的作业特点。

英文摘要The invention discloses a novel parallel connection casting robot which comprises a base, a revolute pair, a turntable, an engine body and a casting ladle a cross arm penetrates into a swing slide rod and is matched and connected with the swing slide rod in a sliding way one end of the cross arm is connected with the casting ladle, and the other end is fixedly connected with a weight counterbalance by weight counterbalance flexible cables which interwine on a pulley rock a first wound roll and a second wound roll are arranged in the engine body and is articulated with the cross arm by an upper flexible cable and a down flexible cable the engine body adopts parallel connection running gear to realize high rigidity and heavy lift the casting ladle is connected with a casting ladle swingmotor by a parallelogram four bar linkage which is arranged in the cross arm the engine body which can turn around in the horizontal direction is connected with the motor by the turntable and the revolute pair a volumetric method is adopted according to the requirements of the casting machine to ensure the accuracy of every sequential liquid the casting ladle swing motor drives a set of parallelogram four bar linkage to realize that the casting ladle is swung within the angle of minus 45 degrees to 75 degrees and the accuracy position of the casting ladle is realized the sequence of the operation are adopted, thus having the characteristics of high efficiency and high stability.
