中文摘要本发明属于机器人技术领域,具体地说是一种煤矿井下救援探测机器人。包括箱体、主动轮及光纤收放机构,主动轮对称设置在箱体的两侧,与箱体内的驱动装置相连接;光纤收放机构安装在箱体内,光纤收入机构及驱动装置中的驱动电机分别与控制系统电连接。本发明结构简单、灵活;大直径轮具有良好的爬坡和越障性能;在主动轮与箱体之间安装了减震装置,在不影响机器人工作的同时,延长了机器人的使用寿命;本发明与控制平台实现数据传输的光纤可通过光纤收入机构控制收放,有效地控制了光纤回收时的缠绕位置;车体采取整体隔爆的设计形式,可以在煤矿井下矿难现场的含有爆炸性气体环境的1区工作,同时具有防尘、防水的性能。

英文摘要The invention belongs to the technical field of robots and particularly provides a coal mine rescue and detection robot. The robot comprises a box body, driving wheels and an optical fiber collecting and releasing mechanism, wherein the driving wheels are arranged on two sides of the box body symmetrically and connected with a driving device arranged in the box body and the optical fiber collecting and releasing mechanism is arranged in the box body, and the driving motors arranged in an optical fiber collecting mechanism and the driving device are electrically connected with a control system respectively. The robot is simple in structure and flexible large-diameter wheels have excellent slope climbing and obstacle-navigation performance a shock absorption device is arranged between the driving wheels and the box body, so the service life of the robot is prolonged under the condition that the work of the robot is not influenced optical fibers for realizing data transmission between the robot and a control platform can be collected and released under the control of the optical fiber collecting mechanism, so the winding positions in the collection of the optical fibers are effectively controlled and the vehicle body adopts an overall flameproof design and therefore can work in a region 1in an explosive gas atmosphere on mining accident site under a coal mine, and meanwhile,the vehicle body has dust-proof and water-proof performance.
