中文摘要Eighteen polymorphic microsatellite primers were developed for Schizopygopsis younghusbandi using an enrichment genomic library and evaluated for PCR using the genomic DNA of 29 individuals from the Lhasa River in Tibet. Eighteen of 70 loci amplified reliable bands revealed a useful degree of polymorphism with a typical multi-banded pattern of polyploid species. The total number of bands per locus ranged from 3 to 30. Average A (i) and H (o) were 3.563 and 0.916, respectively. The heterozygosity expected varied from 0.595 to 0.946 (RCeS) and from 0.580 to 0.923 (RCdS), respectively. These microsatellite primers would be useful in population genetics studies for this species and related species of genus Schizopygopsis.
