中文摘要 | The effect of thermal treatment of fully oxidized La2CuO4+delta at different temperature was studied in our previous paper. The T-c evolution with time was different at different annealing temperatures: (i) step-like behaviour was observed at 100 degrees C; (ii) both step and continuous T-c appeared upon prolonging annealing time at 200 degrees C; (iii) Tc decreased continuously at 300 degrees C. In this paper, the fully oxidized La2CuO4+delta was treated for 30 min in the temperature range from 150 degrees C to 300 degrees C. The temperature dependence of T-c for a fixed annealing time of 30 min is very similar to the T,, evolution with an annealing time at a fixed temperature of 200 degrees C. The similarities of T-c variation and phase separation observed in both sets of samples are compared and discussed. (c) 2006 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved. |
