中文摘要Mesa-structured ultra small intrinsic Josephson junctions with area of 0.3 x 0.3 mu m(2) are successfully fabricated on near optimally doped Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+delta superconductors using electron beam lithography. Temperature and magnetic-field dependencies of the intrinsic tunneling spectra are reported and briefly discussed. (c) 2007 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
