Influence of oxygen content on the superconductivity of Pr1-xCaxBa2Cu3O7-delta prepared under high-pressure

中文摘要We have studied the structural and superconducting properties of R1-xCaxBa2Cu3O7-delta (R=Pr,Y) synthesized under high-pressure. The results indicate Pr has the higher effect valence than Y. Superconductivity can be achieved in 123 system when the hole concentration in CuO2 plane arrived a suitable value from the competition between Ca doping and the oxygen loss in CuO chain and the higher effect valence than 3(+) of the Pr. The result also imply that it is beneficial to raise the critical temperature in 123 superconductors by weakening the coupling between the rare earth element and CuO2 planes.
