Flux pinning mechanism in Ca1-xCdxLaBaCu3O7-y superconductor

中文摘要By the measurement on the critical current density J(c) of Ca1-xCdxLaBaCu3O7-y (x=0, 0.1) samples, it was found that, their J(c)(H) relations show a monotonic behavior and no fishtail effect was observed. It is suggested that this behavior results from the fact that there are few defects in these samples. From the fitting results of the J(c)(T) data, it was also found that the flux pinning in CaLaBaCu3O7-y sample is induced by the spatial fluctuation of T-c (so called Delta T-c pinning), but in partial substituted sample (x=0.1), the stress-field pinning is dominant.
