FLUX PINNING BEHAVIOR IN HIGH-J(C) SINGLE-CRYSTAL YBA2CU3OY THIN-FILM

中文摘要A single crystal YBa2Cu3Oy thin film on a (100) LaAlO3 substrate with T(co) = 90.0 K has been prepared in situ by DC magnetron sputtering. The critical current densities of the film have been measured under a magnetic field up to 7 T and in the temperature range from 64 to 79 K for both the H perpendicular-to c and H parallel-to c orientations. A critical current density of J(c) = 4.9 x 10(6) A/cm2 (at 77 K and free of external magnetic field) has been recorded. The flux pinning behaviour of the thin film has been studied by using the experimental data obtained from our measurements. The results show that the pinning-force densities are found to follow Kramer's scaling law.
