中文摘要 | We investigate second harmonic generation (SHG) in one-dimensional (ID) ferroelectricmetallic photonic crystals (PCs) which are composed of alternatively inverting poled ferroelectric domains with metallic insert layers. We observe a giant enhancement of SHG conversion efficiency due to high reflectivity of metallic layers, which form resonant cavities and lead to substantial increase of fundamental wave (FW) field in nonlinear medium layers. |
