Defects analysis of Al/Si artificial nanocluster with Moire fringes

中文摘要Resistivity, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and magnetization have been measured for the Heusler alloy Co(2)TiA1 synthesized by the melt-spinning technique to investigate transport properties and phase transitions. The resistivity follows a T-2 behavior at low temperatures and linearly varies with temperature above the Curie temperature, indicating that the electron-spin wave and electron-phonon scatterings are dominant scattering mechanisms, respectively. The present measurements reveal that a structural phase transition occurs at 280 K, which is reduced by 15 K under a magnetic field of 2T. (c) 2005 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
