中文摘要	本文从知识生态野视谈机构知识库建设。认为在知识生态系统中，人是占主导地位的，是知识的创造者和传播者。正是基于这样的认识，在机构知识库建设中笔者从研究所的知识产出入手，以学科建设为出发点，整理分析作者参与的科研、管理活动，从中找出知识点，梳理脉落。
英文摘要	In this paper, from the view of knowledge ecology, on the construction of institutional repository. Think in knowledge ecosystem, is the dominant, is the creator and disseminator of knowledge. It is based on this understanding, in the construction of institutional repository from the Institute of knowledge production, by the discipline construction as the starting point, analyzed the scientific research, management activities that author participate in, find out the knowledge points, combs the vein drop.
