英文摘要	Secondary forest occupys an important position, in the forest resources, and which will become the main party of the forest in China. In this paper, the viewpoints of systematic management and sustainable development are proposed, and the practical experience from the Daqing forest field is introduced. The studied result have active contribution to the management and development of secondary forest of the east mountain in Northest Area of China.
