中文摘要按照泥石流的暴发频率,可将泥石流分为高频率(每年发生一次或多次)、中频率(数年~30a发生一次)、低频率(30a以上发生一次)三类。低频率泥石流由于频率较低,规模较大,危害十分严重。本论文通过川西山地低频率泥石流和中高频泥石流基础资料的对比分析研究,总结了低频率泥石流特征,建立了低频率泥石流判别公式,并针对其危害特征,提出了川西山地低频率泥石流防治对策,研究成果可供川西山地泥石流的防治工程作参考,并可为其他地区泥石流防治借鉴。论文主要研究内容包括:1、通过低频率泥石流与中高频泥石流资料的对比分析,总结出川西地区低频率泥石流特征主要为:(1)大多数流域植被情况相对较好,沟道内不良地质现象较少,规模不大;(2)泥石流发生时,流域侵蚀速度快,侵蚀方式以沟槽冲刷侵蚀为主;(3)其激发因素主要是点暴雨,激发条件相对较高;(4)泥石流固体物质补充主要来自沟道内长期的物质积累;(5)规模大、频率低、危害严重。2、应用费歇(Fisher)两类判别法,选取了沟谷固体物质量占泥石流固体物质补充总量的比例(x1)、断裂带与流域长度比值(x2)、地震与岩性加权平均(x3)、人类活动因素影响(x4)等指标建立了低频率泥石流沟判别分析式: 确定其判别临界值为 ,判别标准为:当y>y0时,其为中高频泥石流沟;当y
英文摘要Debris-flow can be divided into three kinds according to its burst frequency: high-frequency (happening one or many times a year)、the medium-frequency (happening interval of one time is several to 30 years)、the low-frequency (happening interval of one time is more than 30 years). The low-frequency debris-flow often burst out fiercely without any anticipation and cause serious harm. Based on the analysis of the date of low-frequency and intermediate-frequency debris-flows in the western mountainous area of Sichuan Province, in this paper, the characteristics of the low-frequency debris-flow are summarized, discriminant for low-frequency debris-flow are established, and some preventing and controlling countermeasures for low-frequency debris-flow in the western mountainous area of Sichuan Province are given. This paper may offer available references for the preventing and controlling project for this kind of debris-flow, and also for other similar regions.Following the main points of this paper:1 By comparing the date from the debris-flows of low-frequency with intermediate-frequency, the characteristics of the low-frequency debris-flow gully in the western Sichuan mountains mainly include: (1) its stimulating factor mainly mention point-rainstorm; (2) the debris-flow solid complementarities mainly come from the long-term material accumulation in the gully; (3) larger scale, lower frequency, more serious harms; (5)The scale of burstout is relatively small in specific drainage, which the vegetation condition is comparatively better and bad geological phenomena are less.2 Using Fisher discriminance for two kinds, the discriminant for low-frequency debris-flow are established this paper by selecting the proportion(x1)of the material in the channel to the debris-flow material complementarities, the length ratio(x2) between fracture zone and the gully, the weighted mean (x3)of earthquakes and lithology, the influence human activities factor(x4) as computational parameters. And we determine its discriminative marginal value , and that the judging standard is: when y>y0, it will be the intermediate-frequency debris-flow gully; when y
