中文摘要	这次山地灾害由岩崩、滑坡和泥石流三类灾害组成。在我国西南,隆冬少雨季节出现这类山地灾害是罕见的。这次山地灾害正是发生于1988年1月,具有一定的特殊性。究其原因是,当地某些较为特殊的自然条件和采煤不当,促使山体岩崩崩积物逐年加载,进而引起滑坡、泥石流的发生。灾害造成的直接经济损失合人民币58.6万元。对此种山地灾害宜采取以避害为主的防治措施。
英文摘要	Mohei is located at 104°58’10"/E, 27°50’16"N, being in. contiguous area of Sichuan, Yunnan, Guizhou, and belongs to southern humid region of subtropics. Altitude is at 1200-1800m and difference of height is 300-600m. The annual mean temperature is 13.3℃and annual precipitation 1050mm.On Jan. 12, 1988 mountain disasters of mohei occurred, including rockfall, landslide and debris flow. The destroye ; area is 0.17km2 and solid material 2700000m3. The economic loss cause.i by mountain disasters is about 586000 yuan.The reasons that the mountain disasters occurre.’. in thinrainy season of midwinter are. some special natural conditions (such as the high-precipitous slope of 50?with an height of 270m, incompetent and hard beds are crossed, crevice is developed, and humidity is high etc.)and unreasonable mining of coal led increase of the accumulation of rockfall, thus causing the landslides and debris flows. The disasters is not caused by the rainstrom.The prevention and control measures against such mountain disasters are. change highway alignment, build the engineering structures, move the residents, monitor the disasters, strengthen production management and take rational mining of coal.
