英文摘要 | Current quantative methods in essessing the risk or dangerous potentiality of debris flow are to a certain extent in the nature of uncerntainty , innormality , and ungenerality , and are exposed especially in the following aspect s : (1) vagueness in the relations Current quantative methods in essessing the risk or dangerous potentiality of debris flow are to a certain extent in the nature of uncerntainty , innormality , and ungenerality , and are exposed especially in the following aspect s : (1) vagueness in the relations between debris flow and the environmental factors ; (2) emperical operations in the factor selections f rom environment ; (3) factor weight determinations beyond dynamical basis ; (4) weak principles in ensuring the determinacy and comparability of regionalization result s. In conclusion , a new recognition of the assessment of risk of debris flow arises ,suggest2ing a assessment system , consisting of valuation of environment quality , of debris flow activity and violability , to clarify the above uncertainty by imposing rest rictions on the action of each factor. In other words , the action of a certain factor will be distinguished by specified purpose. Regarding all the quantities to be valuated as a special form of a general function , i. e. , the potentiality φ, we suppose a universal definition of the magnitude of degree , D = D0 + kln φ which will be applicable to assessment s of any purpose and overcome the problems present in the current assessing programs. |
