英文摘要It is possible that the atmospheric transmittances and path radiances are different ondifferent points of the same satellite photograph, because densities of compositions of allkinds and gas sols in atmosphere and atmospheric conditions in a larger scale are not uni-form. So the useful information from the ground surface suffer from disturbances, Themethods for eliminating these distutbances are the atmospheric corrections for the remotesensing data.An atmospheric model,which corrects the MSS data by using the data practically ob-served the spectrums of many points on the ground surface,is advanced in the paper.National Laboratory of Resources&Envlronment Information System,Institute of Geography,Chinese AcademyofSciences The atmospheric correction questions are divided into the path radiance correction and atmospheric transmittance correction in the model. The keys to the model are that many points having controlling functions are selected in the same satellite photograph,and its ground illuminances and albedoes of the surface features are measured at the same time of imagery, the path radiance components DA and C of the direct proportion with the atmo-spheric transmittances on these points are gotten by the formula raised in the paper. Theri D_A and C of all picture elements are imitated to get by the simulation camber method.After correction,brightness values of the picture element D_Aij are obtained ,namely:DN’_ij(D_A)=C_ij DN_ij(D_A)=C_ij(DN_ij-D_Aij)DN”_ij=C_ij DN’_ij=C_ij(DN_ij-D_Aij)where C_ij is the atmospheric correction coeHicient of the picture element;DN_ij is the primary brightness. Supposed that:τ’=max(τ_ij(i=1,2,···,m;j=1,2,···,n)),C_ij=τ’/τ_ij Where rij is the atmospheric transmittance of the picture element.The satellite photo-graph is dealt with point by point,and brightness of all picture elements are converted into these under a uniform atmosphere(maximum transmittance),the obtained data are nor-malized and taken integer,and the atmospheric correction for the satellite photographs are completed.
