中文摘要山地灾害的监测预警是地震以后广泛采用的非工程减灾措施,多学科的研究人员基于监测预警做了大量工作,取得了显著的成果。但到目前为止,无论是区域型空间预警系统,还是监测预警系统都没有很好的解决临界值判别的科学问题。因此预警临界条件成为监测预警体系中公认的技术难题c本研究通过在地震灾区都江堰塔子坪建设震裂坡地监测预警示范点,主要采用现场试验的方法,开展人工降雨现场试验。通过在塔子坪现场模拟人工降雨试验,确定在降雨激发条件下灾害体在降雨临界条件,综合确定震裂坡地的预警指标和判别参数。通过本项目研究,探索出灾害预警的综合临界条件和临界参数,提高监测预警的质量和效果,以解决地质灾害监测预警中临界值确定的科学理论和技术方法问题。
英文摘要The monitoring and pre-warning of geohazards is the most popular non-engineering measures on disaster prevention and mitigation after the 8Ms Wenchuan earthquake on May 12th, 2008, multi-disciplinary researchers achieved significant improvements on geohazards monitoring and pre-warning. In order to carry out disaster reduction and prediction effectively, the threshold value or the critical value of the precipitation of the post-earthquake geohazards should be proposed. However the identification on critical criterion and parameters to prewarning is the most difficult issues on the regional and site-specific mountainous hazards monitoring and prediction system, in this study, a natural coseismic shattering slope in the Taziping village, Hongkou County, Dujianyan City, was selected to conduct the field experimental test, in order to identify the threshold parameters and critical criterion of the coseismic shattered slope of Taziping. After the field experimental test, the correlation of rainfall intensity, rainfall duration and rainfall intensity was concluded as well as the topography and physical mechanism parameters were proposed. The field experimental test method was capable of identifying the threshold factors of mountainous hazards.
