中文摘要Quaternary chalcogenideCu2FeSnS4 (CFTS) particles,apotentialcandidateforapplicationasabsorber layerinthin film solarcells,weresuccessfullysynthesizedbyusingaconvenientsolvothermalmethod. X-raydiffraction(XRD)andtransmissionelectronmicroscopy(TEM)resultsrevealedthattheCFTS particles possessedpuretetragonalstructurewithhighcrystallinity.Scanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM) and energydispersiveX-rayspectroscopy(EDS)resultsshowedthattheaveragesizeoftheCFTSparticles wasabout200nmandthecompositionofproductswasclosetothestoichiometryofCFTS.UV–vis absorption spectrumshowedthattheCFTSparticleshadabroadabsorptionbandinthewholevisible rangewithabandgapof1.28eV,whicharepromisingforphotovoltaicapplications.
