中文摘要A seeding-freesynthesisstrategywasdevelopedforthepreparationofdenseandphase-purezeolite LTA membraneson3-chloropropyltrimethoxysilane(CPTMS)functionalizedsupports.Throughthe functionalizationofsupportsbyusingCPTMS,thenucleationandgrowthofathin,wellintergrown zeoliteLTAmembranecouldbepromotedonvariousporoussupportssuchasAl2O3 disksandtubes, and TiO2 disks, aswellasondensesupportssuchasstainlesssteel,PTFE,andglassdisks.TheSEMand XRD characterizationsindicatethatarelativethinbutdenseandphase-purezeoliteLTAmembrane with athicknessofabout3.0 mm canbeformedontheporousAl2O3 and TiO2 disks bycrystallization at 60 1C for24h,andnocracks,pinholesorotherdefectswereobservedinthemembranelayer. The zeoliteLTAmembranespreparedonCPTMS-functionalizedAl2O3 disks wereevaluatedinsinglegas permeationandmixedgasseparation.ItisfoundthatthezeoliteLTAmembranespreparedonCPTMS- modifiedAl2O3 disks showmolecularsievingingasseparation.Forbinarymixturesat20 1C and1bar, the mixedgasseparationfactorsofH2/CO2, H2/N2, H2/CH4, H2/C3H8 and H2/C3H6, arefoundtobe7.4, 6.8, 5.2,15.3and36.8,whicharehigherthanthecorrespondingKnudsencoefficients.
