英文摘要	从戊戌变法到新中国成立,近代中国的政治制度演进经历了学习西方与效法苏俄、本土化等几个基本阶段,先后出现了君主立宪、民主共和等政体模式,在国民党统治区出现了训政体制、战时体制与行宪体制,在中国共产党领导的革命根据地建立了苏维埃制、三三制与人民代表会议制。近代中国的政治制度发展历程表明,处理好制度移植与本土化的关系,将现代政治文明与中国国情有机结合,将政治变革与社会变革相结合,建立与民众的密切联系,建立稳固的基层政权,加强政府能力,建立有效的政党政治,是中国政治制度近代化必须重视的基本课题。; From the Hundred Days＇Reform in1898 to the founding of the People＇s Republic of China,China tried to develop a modern political system.This progress went through several stages.In the first stage China learned from Japan and west countries,then from the Soviet Union.Later the Nan king Government carried out the system of political tutelage,the wartime system and the constitutional system.In the revolutionary base area,the Chinese Communist Party established the soviet system,the democratic regime of the Anti-Japanese War period and the people＇s congress system.From this process we can see that China should solve the problems of how to learn the political system from the west countries and how to carry out the universal values in China.We should emphasize the social transformation,the organization of political power at the grass-roots level,the relationship between the regime and the people.We need a powerful party and government as the leader of the modernization of Chinese political system.; 山东省高等学校优秀青年教师国内访问学者项目资助; 0; 3; 1-8
