英文摘要The antitumor activity of total alkaloids of C.komarovii (TAC) has not been previously examined in vitro and in vivo. In this study, MTT colorimetric method was used for determining the anti-tumor activity of TAC using HepG2 cells in vitro, and transplanted H22 hepatoma murine tumor models were employed to investigate the anti-tumor activity of TAC in vivo. The parameters for determining the anti-tumor efficacy included inhibition rate and half maximal inhibitory concentration (IC50) in vitro. The results showed that TAC could inhibit growth of HepG2 cells, and the inhibition efficacy exhibited dose dependence. TAC have inhibited tumor growth effectively, the inhibition rate of lower, middle and higher dose group of TAC were 13.28%, 28.13% and 39.06% respectively. Overall, these results indicate that the TAC has significant anti-tumor activity in vitro and in vivo.
