英文摘要 | In this research, the active substance in orange peel was extracted using ultrasonic. By single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment to study the effects of solvent, solid-liquid ratio, time, temperature, power on extraction rate. The optimal parameters as follows: 95% ethanol, solid-liquid ratio of 1: 25, 100 min, 55 degrees C and ultrasonic power of 250 W. Mixed orange peel extracts, whey protein and chitosan to prepare a edible film and test the characteristics of film's physical and antimicrobial. The results shows that 5% whey protein with 1% chitosan has a good film forming properties. There are no significantly affect of added 2.5% orange peel extracts to film thickness, water vapor permeability, water-soluble and water content. The concentration of orange peel extracts increasing, the tensile strength and puncture strength of composite membrane increasing. The composite film containing 5% orange peel extracts can effectively inhibit Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Salmonella. |
