英文摘要 | The diversity of endophytes was investigated from the roots of Vitis vinifera sampled from the Zixuan vineyard to screen the strains with IAA activity and the characteristics of phosphorus degradation. A total of 27 isolates of endophytes (19 of bacteria and 8 of fungi) were obtained. Based on the morphological analysis and molecular identification methods, the isolates of microorganisms were grouped into 10 genera and 5 genera, respectively. The genera of bacteria are Amycolatopsis, Microbacterium, Streptomyces, Agrobacterium, Rhizobium, Pseudomonas, Enterobacter, Serratia, Staphylococcus and Bacillus, respectively. The genera of fungi are Penicillium, Aspergillus, Achaetomium, Fusarium and Mucor, respectively. Further screening were on the basis of IAA secretion and phosphorus dissolving activity, 4 strains of endophytic bacteria were obtained, as 7 strains of inorganic phosphate dissolving bacteria and 10 strains of IAA secreting bacteria. The strain XZ11 belonging to the genus Agrobacterium is mixed up with nano-attapulgite to be made of microbial fertilizer agents shows the potential to promote the growth of grapevine.
