英文摘要 | A new sorbent catalyst prepared by using γ-Al2O3 and attapulgite as raw materials to support Co3O4, was synthesized for the removal of SO2 at a normal temperature. The optimization of the preparation of the sorbent catalyst and desulfurization experiment was studied under dynamic conditions. The physico-chemical characteristics of the samples were evaluated by various techniques such as XRD, SEM, and FT-IR. Meanwhile, the major factors affecting the preparation of the sample, such as the ratio of ATP and γ-Al2O3, the impregnation concentration, the calcination temperature, and the main factors affecting desulfurization, such as the moisture content, particle size, and column temperature, were investigated. The results showed the optimal synthesis conditions as follows: the γ-Al2O3 content was 35 wt%, the impregnation concentration was 20 wt% and the calcination temperature was 500°C. The moisture content of 30 wt%, the particle size of 2 mm, and the column temperature of 20°C can be achieved at a sulfur tolerance of 5.2 wt%. © 2016 Taylor & Francis Group, London. |
